Funny Captions

     

The baby is sticking the cats tail in his mouth so he eat it in the yard during the afternoon because he's hungry and theres nothing else around. The baby was sitting in a covered grassed area because the grass is dark.

The polar bear is trying to put a funnel in it's mouth at the zoo yesterday because he's bored. The day it happened it was very sunny outside.





















The small dog is sitting a big dog bowl saying killer on the kitchen floor during the morning before school because he's hungry.

Black && White Photos Part 3..

What caught my eye about William Kleins photography is that he mainly shoots female black and white photos. Also something that caught my eye was the his pictures aren't plain, theres always something that stands out in the picture.

    In the picture to the right, I see a woman smoking a cigarette with a vail and flowers on her head. I smell the smoke from the cigarette, the cigarette isn't lit, but I can smell the smoke by looking it. I hear her humming because it seems like she's thinking about something, and when I think I seem to hum to myself. I taste the cigarette. I feel the vail around her head, it looks like it feels like wire because wire has boxes like the vail does in the picture.




In the picture to the left, I see two couples sitting on a bench outside at a park with trees in the background, and to other women on another bench, I also see a building in the back behind the trees. I smell the freshness outside because of the trees. I hear the wind behind the people because it seems like it's a nice day outside in the picture so there would probably be wind or birds in the background. I taste nothing and I feel like the man is tired or sad because he has his head down, leaning on his wife next to him.

Rules Of Thirds

I followed the Rule of Thirds rule because I only got  picture of three people. The main subject I wanted people to see first was the middle student doing her work. I think it is clear because she's the middle person in the picture and she's closer to the camera. Something I could have done different was shot a picture with  no one in the background. 

Avoiding Merger

I chose his picture for the rule Avoiding Mergers because you see the main person, but then you see someone cut out and you only see their legs. The subject of this picture was the person cut out. I do think it is obvious because the person has a bright shirt on that stands out. I think I could have shot the picture from a different angel. 

Simplicity 

This picture shows the rule of Simplicity because it shows just one person by with not that much in the background and he's smiling. It's a simple picture. The main subject is the boy smiling. I think it is obvious because he's the only object in the picture.

Framing

The picture I took shows the rule of Framing, it shows framing because it looks like Josh is inside of a frame but it's really the wall. The subject is the boy in the middle of the frame. it is clear what the subject is because the wall really does look like a frame. If I could do something different I would probably took the picture vertically. 

Balance

I think this shows Balance because theres only two people in the picture. The subject of the picture is the girl teaching the class. I think it's obvious because the other person in the picture is just looking at the board and the main girl is writing. I probably would have done a whole new picture for Balance if I could.

Lines

The picture to the left shows the rule if Lines because it shows two rows of desks. The main subject is the two rows. I don't think it's too movies because it look like the girl is the win attraction to the picture. If I could change something I probably would angel the camera differently.

Next Theme..

    The theme I think we should do in class is anything bright colored and random faces. Because at Akins theres all kind of different looks and personalities, which means there would be people doing different expressions. I think we should use both phones and the original camera we use already because theres different quality in the cameras lens and he phones camera, so the pictures would be different. I would like to put the mural in the cafeteria or by the main stairway so everyone can see it when they come in and not just Akins students and staff.

Africa and Mural Project...

      I really liked this powerpoint, I liked the variety of pictures and all the animals. I chose this picture out off all f them because I love giraffes and I also like how you can see the horizon in the background. What really caught my eye was the way the clouds were formed in the sky. The rules of photography in this picture is balance because theres an even amount of giraffes and they're in the same distance.

He used a Pentax 67II system camera with two fixes lenses.

When he was directing the Earth Song in Tanzania, he fell in love with the land and the animals.

- What is his hope for taking these types of photos?

His goals was to record a last testament to animals before they go extinct.

Academic & Service Community

   The photo I really liked was the one titled, "Junior Year." I really liked this picture because it shows a boy inside of the library reading books about the SAT Test. It shows that your Junior year is really important, because you learn about the SAT and you take the PSAT tests for practice.
      The rules of photography that are used in this picture are filing the frame because there are books all around him  and in front of him.

A place I found find pictures like the ones I saw today would be inside classrooms and maybe at Blue & Gold Night. I would go into Ms.Yopps' art class or Ms. Fayads' History class. When take pictures of involving academics I could take pictures of kids reading or doing classwork, or maybe helping the teacher.

This has a lot of action and emotion in it because you can see the water flying from the cup and the emotion is the two girls shocked and smiling.

The picture fills the frame with a lot of different objects, such as people pots bags and there is barely any sky showing in the top right corner.
